Use your registered e-mail as the user ID when logging in. If you have forgotten your password, reset it using the link provided under the "Log in" section.

The pre-qualification is based on the expiration date of the supplier's liability insurance. When the insurance expires, the pre-qualification is considered invalid/expired.

The supplier logs into the Supplier Portal to check the status of the pre-qualification. If there are inaccuracies in the pre-qualification, the supplier receives an email with a reason for return. When the supplier has addressed the issues, they resubmit the pre-qualification themselves.
