Construction and civil-engineering is Skanska's largest and oldest business stream. Consequently, it is from this segment that our two other business streams emerged.

Residential development
A new home from Skanska means the chance to design it according to your dreams. Move into a home filled with practical and sustainable solutions. From 2017 we only create homes with The Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
We develop and create living environments with new homes, which we sell to private consumers. Prior to the commencement of each new project, we perform extensive analyses, through which we adapt our offering based on the various requirements and dreams of individuals. The main goal of our operation is to increase life quality.
Commercial development
Benefit from the creative work environment in our innovative and sustainable offices. Maximize your profits in our efficient logistic spaces and retail areas. Skanska develops commercial areas that contribute to a positive development of the society.
We initiate, develop and invest in commercial properties. Our three most important products are offices, logistics and high-volume retail. We operate with a long-term perspective – it is not unusual for a project to take five to ten years, from concept to finished building.
