Supervisor program for skilled workers
The supervisor program is a development program that aims to recruit and develop skilled workers with solid production experience to become supervisors.
The participants will be educated in how to act as good leaders, and to work according to our common working methods in Our way of working. The program also provides knowledge in the core competencies required to become a good supervisor. Nomination is made by the manager in the business in connection with the potential assessment initiated by HR.
Production Engineering Program
For those who are newly graduated construction engineers, we have developed the Production Engineering program. It gives you primary knowledge that you will need in your role to be able to successfully apply Skanska's working methods within production operations in your daily work.
Training plans for your security
Whether you are a new supervisor, project engineer, production manager or experienced manager, there is a clear training plan just for you. We want to increase your learning connected to your work tasks and give you the right tools for your daily work.

Together we come up with new ideas and see things from new perspectives. We want to inspire more women to join the construction industry and Skanska.
Skanska's International Leaders Program, ILP
There is a large untapped competence among foreign-born engineers who are outside the Swedish labor market. We want to change that through ILP.
