The University of Michigan’s Alumni Hall, originally built in 1920, houses the University’s Museum of Art. In 2006, a major expansion and restoration project began to address space needs for future growth and urgent upgrades. Integral infrastructure improvements involved the replacement of all mechanical and electrical components and upgrades necessary to bring the building into compliance with interior climate requirements and current codes.
