Skanska provided construction management at risk services for Laurel Hall, a new 68,000-SF Classroom Building in the Center Core of the Storrs Campus. Laurel Hall includes 17 classrooms which consist of 36-seat and 70-seat rooms with state-of-the-art audio visual systems. The building also includes one 400-seat and one 200-seat auditorium.
