The Lakeside Village Lifestyle Center involves the development of a 100 acre mixed use lifestyle center. A lifestyle center offers the latest in shopping experiences, with outdoor streetfront entrances set amongst highly landscaped courtyards and fountains, customers can stroll from store to store or drive to the specific store or restaraunt they want to visit. The scope of work included an entry bridge floating fountains, asphalt paving, cast-n-place sidewalks and precast pavers. The buildings are one and two-story masonry and steel frame structures on shallow foundatins. the exterior walls are a combination of stucco with EFIS elements, glass storefronts, decorative brick and applied stone. In addition metal roofing, shutters, canopies and fabric awnings have been added in several areas to provide visual interest. Interiors are constructed to black box speciufications with every tenant space space individually metered. Central restrooms and office corridors are fully finished.
