Skanska provided construction management services for the $26 million, 220,000-SF, Class A build-to-suit office building.  The building sits on a 17-acre site and incorporates site-cast tilt-wall construction with a high-performance curtainwall system and punched windows.  The scope of the project also includes:Centralized amenities at the ground floor with satellite and support facilities distributed at the cores of upper floors, 1,100 parking stalls, landscaping and hardscaping, a 2.0 mkW Generator which supplies emergency power to the entire building, three (3) 3,500lb capacity passenger elevators and one (1) 5,000lb capacity service elevator servicing all floors with separate lobby from other elevators. Some of the LEED strategies for the project included implementation of an air quality control program, starting from the delivery of ducts sealed at the fabricators shop to the filter placement and replacement rate on the return ducts during construction operation.
