About Skanska’s digital workplace introduction
The decision lies with the production management. No work may commence without a completed workplace introduction. Safe Construction Training is also mandatory.
The card number is only temporarily linked to the personal ID number. If you change employers or get a new card, you will receive a new card number.
Registering or logging in to Skanska's workplace introduction
If you're unable to provide personal email addresses for your employees, ask them to either use their personal email addresses or create a new email address for this purpose. This can be done for free using services like Gmail or Hotmail. An email address is necessary if you need to reset your password, but also to receive a notification that the validity of the introduction will shortly expire.
You self-register for Skanska's workplace introduction. When you get to the home page, click the “register” box and fill in the details. To be able to do this, you need to provide the following information: name, personal ID number, e-mail address, company, corporate registration number, immediate manager and telephone number, as well as the name and telephone number of your next of kin.
In order for Skanska's workplace to be able to identify you and follow up on the completed workplace introduction, your correct personal ID number / identity number is required. The follow-up takes place with the support of your ID06 card in the ID06 applications used by the workplace, and your personal ID number / identity number is linked to your current ID06 card you use at the workplace.
When you select your nationality, you will see the correct format you need to enter. This is the gray text within the field where you register your social security number/identity number. The gray text disappears as you start entering your social security number/identity number.
A correct format for the social security number/identity number is required to link your identity to your current ID06 card.
When you get to the home page, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and enter the email address you used when you first registered, then click the button “Send”. The email address is also your user name. Once you have done this, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

The workplace specific part varies depending on the workplace that you will work at and the languages that they have published.
Yes, it is possible to do the introduction in a group, but approval from the workplace management is required. Check with the workplace in advance so you know what is expected of you.
Speech synthesis will be developed which allows you to have all the texts read aloud. Until then, we suggest a group implementation. Contact the workplace management for more information.

We can never be 100% certain that the content has been read and understood, just as we cannot be certain during an analog workplace introduction that individuals have listened and understood. To minimize the risk, we have included an acknowledgment after each section of the workplace introduction. In addition to this, the site management will ask a few control questions during the registration process to ensure that the person has completed the introduction.
