Skanska i Sverige

Here you will find information regarding Skanska's operations in Sweden.

Roads & Bridges

Sweden’s first road paved with asphalt and the country’s first concrete bridge were both built by Skanska in Borlänge in 1927 and Jordberga in 1889, respectively. In 1954, Sweden’s first expressway was built by Skanska between Malmö and Lund. Modern examples include the extension of the world’s oldest and longest beltway, the M25 ring road, London.
